Terms of Service
These draft terms cover the public waitlist and early sandbox evaluation flow. A separate customer agreement may apply before production use.
Waitlist access
Submitting the form does not guarantee access. Nani may review, prioritize, approve, or decline requests based on launch readiness, use case fit, geography, and operational capacity.
Sandbox and evaluation use
Any early sandbox access is provided for evaluation and integration testing. It should not be used as a production service unless a separate agreement with Nani is in place.
Company information
You confirm that the business contact and company information you submit is accurate and that you are allowed to share it with Nani for launch access review.
Acceptable use
You may not use the waitlist, sandbox, or Nani platform to test unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or privacy-invasive workflows. Nani may suspend evaluation access if misuse is suspected.
No warranties during launch
Launch, waitlist, and sandbox features may change while Nani prepares the production service. Availability, features, and timing are not guaranteed during this phase.
