This draft notice explains how Nani handles information submitted through the public launch waitlist and sandbox access request flow.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect business contact details such as your name, work email, company name, website, use case, estimated verification volume, and target countries.
How we use it
We use this information to review company access requests, prioritize sandbox onboarding, send launch updates, and understand which verification workflows teams need.
Email updates
If you consent to launch emails, we may add your contact details to our email provider so we can send waitlist, product, and onboarding updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Platform evaluation
If your company receives sandbox access, additional account, usage, billing, API, and verification information may be processed under the applicable evaluation or customer agreement.
Retention and requests
We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to manage launch access and early customer conversations. You can request updates or deletion by contacting privacy@nani.africa.
